Creating A Peaceful Earth ... Let Nature Nourish You

Nature is the most important asset that exists.  Although nature can produce furious turmoil such as floods, earthquakes, tsunami's etc. she also provides the most tranquil setting of beauty.  Whether it unspoiled woods, ocean, river desert mountain meadow or park there are places for us to go to when we need to bring ourselves back to where we originated.

Using your senses to experience the beauty of the natural world can be relaxing.  The simple touch of a tree, smell of a flower, listening to birds and feeling the sunshine or raindrops against your face will flood your mind with positive uplifting experiences which will draw you into a more serene existence.

Many have found the simple act of closing their eyes and creating their own place of natural beauty in the imagination can bring forth calm and love.  Whether you choose the mental or physical exercise it is important to see, hear, and touch the majesty and mystery of nature.  Remember when presented with this awe inspiring beauty to breathe into it.  Let yourself go.  This is the place where you intuitively know best.  As we continue through our lives many times we forget how wonderful natural can be and how energizing it is by simply stopping for a few moments and just be.  Notice how you feel and what idea come to you as many of those ideas have been given by the universe and therefore much easier to bring into your life.  Ideas take on a completely different time as success usually comes more swiftly with less work.  Enjoy nature, its beauty and what it has to tell you for there are many secrets that if you were to only listen would help you become who you were meant to be.
